DRAFT GUYANA INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY POLICY

 

" The formulators of the National Development Strategy (NDS) view Information Technology as one of the important means of improving Guyana's capacity to govern, manage the economy, increase competitiveness, attract investors, market local products and diversify production, enhance efficiency of the social services and, most important, to acquire knowledge and develop human capital."
